The Black Box

Our wellness area — the Black Box — is the place at Hotel Wiesenegg in Saalbach Hinterglemm where guests can consciously slow down after an active day. Clean in design, calm in atmosphere, and just right after hours spent in the mountains. Three saunas — Finnish, bio, and steam — offer varying temperatures and rotating scents.

After your sauna session, two relaxation rooms with comfortable loungers and cozy alcoves invite you to unwind. In the small tea lounge, guests will find specialty teas, nuts, fresh fruit, as well as cucumber and lemon water. Direct outdoor access allows for a quick cool-down after each sauna round and connects the wellness area with the outdoor space and the swimming pond with its sunbathing lawn, which is especially popular in summer. Our wellness area is open daily from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. To preserve its tranquil atmosphere, the Black Box is reserved for guests aged 15 and older.
